40 years of faithful service in a chicken slaughterhouse: this unit (our machine number 363) was first put into service in 1978 for the separation of feathers. Nor the brush, nor the spraying system is used here, the unit is manually cleaned once a day and is still doing what it was made for… Also for older Roto-Sieve units, all spare parts and wear pieces are still available from our central stock in Kalmar, Sweden, ready to install and replace within a couple of days. This goes for all models, big or small and for all construction years. Any old Roto-Sieve can be repaired and reset in our workshop in Heist-op-den-Berg, Belgium.
Import to know is that all Roto-Sieve drum screens are build for easy maintenance and quick replacement of spare parts by your own operators or maintenance technicians. Roto-Sieves are made to last for years and years of loyal service: considerable economies can be realized on maintenance and replacements costs.
Any question you might have, please don’t hesitate to get in touch, we allways get back to you within the shortest delay.
